Our English Little Journalist!

Everyone loves seeing their work published. Throughout the year, a variety of English writing competitions are organised. Our students’writings are so outstanding that even local newspapers publish them.

Last October, Be a Little Journalist was held in Form Two; students took photos of and reported about their shopping experience in Hong Kong. Some paid a visit to Pacific Place in Admiralty while some others wrote about Temple Street Night Market in Yau Ma Tei where they bargained for the best prices! The public got to know about great shopping places from our students’English articles!

The writing competition was an unprecedented success, and more are coming!

Here is the newspaper article written by Cody Lee Hau Ying (李孝螢) from 2B about Paws Planet x Pet Pet 360:

Paws Planet x Pet Pet 360 in Tuen Mun is a café for us, but a home for cats. It is clean and comfortable. Customers have meals while interacting with cats in this café. Those who want to concentrate on eating can watch cats play through the huge glass windows.

Most of the cats were abandoned. The owner of the café could not bear seeing the cats wandering around the streets, so he decided to run this coffee shop.

It serves Western-style dishes for $51-100 per person. Not an expensive price for the tasty food and the entertainment.

If you happen to be crazy for cats, give it a try!
