Books, marbles, or food? Three Wishes at Once on Our English Wednesday!
 

Our school’s English Wednesdays have taken our students on an exhilarating English language learning and fun journey throughout the year. And yesterday, we brought the magic again with another fantastic English Wednesday extravaganza that left everyone craving for more!
 

The highlight of the event was our captivating newspaper booth, where the spotlight shone on our 5A’s very own literary prodigy, Mimi Ng Tsz Ying. Her book review had everyone buzzing with excitement as students eagerly answered thought-provoking questions related to the review, earning stamps as they showcased their literary prowess.
 

But that wasn’t all! Our game booths took the excitement to the next level. The food description counter challenged taste buds and vocabulary alike, while the marble maze booth tested students’ dexterity and speaking skills. And let’s not forget our reading skills! The video book reports on iPads ignited a passion for English literature, encouraging students to dive into the world of books!
 

With hundreds of students joining in on the action, it’s safe to say that our English Wednesday event was an absolute triumph, again. Laughter filled the air, friendships were forged, and a love for English blossomed in the hearts of our BLCWC-ers.
 

Together, we’re creating an environment that sparks curiosity, cultivates a love for English learning, and propels our students towards greatness.
